Apprenticeship Assessor Job Vacancies

What does an assessor do?

An apprenticeship assessor is responsible for assessing the progress and development of apprentices in various vocational fields. They evaluate the knowledge, skills, and competence of apprentices through observation, questioning, and reviewing their portfolios of evidence. The role involves providing constructive feedback, setting targets, and supporting the apprentices in achieving their goals.

An assessor plays a vital role in ensuring that our apprentices receive high-quality training and are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their chosen field. Assessors work closely with both the apprentices and the apprenticeship staff team to ensure that the apprenticeship standards are met, and the apprentices are on track to achieve their qualifications.

Our workplace champions the right of staff to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We celebrate Afro-textured hair worn in all styles including, but not limited to, afros, locs, twists, braids, cornrows, fades, hair straightened through the application of heat or chemicals, weaves, wigs, headscarves, and wraps.
